  1. Plans, programs, directs and implement team and individual activities towards the recognition and evaluation of technical safety conditions, personal protective devices as well as hazardous work processes.
  2. Supervises and evaluates safety tests and examination of personal protective devices and other hazardous machinery.
  3. Supervises the formulation and development of practical test procedures and sampling method in the conduct of testing of personal protective devices, boilers, pressure vessels, grinding wheels and other related safety equipment.
  4. Supervises specific activities in rendering technical cooperation to DOLE enforcing authorities as requested in evaluation of technical safety conditions of machinery, equipment, electrical installations, hazardous work processes, as the proper use of personal protective equipment.

  3. Conducts routine check-up of all audio-video systems during actual operational activities; does ensure excellent audio-video reproduction;
  4. Makes occasional inventory of all audio-video system and accessories, and determine necessary components or parts for requisition;
  5. Assists loading and unloading of audio-visual equipment from OSHC to its site (remote location) of presentation and back;
